Ron Paul: ObamaCare an “Unconstitutional Monstrosity”

Ron Paul rightly blasts ObamaCare as an “unconstitutional monstrosity” and yet we might see this week whether or not the Supreme Court agrees. As Dr. Paul has pointed out time and again, ObamaCare is but the latest example of a federal government that behaves as if the Constitution doesn’t exist. The American Spectator’s James Antle makes a similar point regarding this week’s decision:

Today the Supreme Court begins to hear a constitutional challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare. But this case really goes a long way toward deciding whether we have constitutionally limited government at all…

If the Supreme Court accepts the individual mandate, even under the pretext of regulating interstate commerce, the federal government will have exactly what those who framed and ratified the Constitution sought explicitly to deny it: a general police power. If the Court accepts that the individual mandate is a legitimate tax, then the federal government can levy taxes for any purpose, not just to carry out functions delegated to it by the Constitution…

But what’s at stake here isn’t a particular health care policy, or the legacy of one president, or the outcome of a single presidential election. It is whether we respect that Founding Fathers’ idea of a federal government whose powers are few and defined, laid out in a Constitution that imposes substantive as well as procedural limits on federal power. It is hard to rule in favor of Obamacare without ruling against the Founders’ Constitution.

The Fed Grants $7.77 Trillion in Secret Bank Loan

    Nov 29, 2011

Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), a longtime advocate for reform of the Federal Reserve, is sharply criticizing the Federal Reserve today after Bloomberg news reported that the Federal Reserve secretly committed nearly $8 trillion in support to American and international financial institutions during the 2008 bailout. Kucinich recorded a video for his website before going to the floor of the House of Representatives to call upon Congress to reclaim its Constitution primacy over monetary policy.

Exposed: Concerted Effort by Establishment to Steal Ron Paul’s Delegates

    Kurt Nimmo
    Infowars.com
    March 26, 2012

Doug Wead, a New York Times best selling author and a senior adviser for the Ron Paul presidential campaign, writes on his blog today that Alex Hayes, director of establishment Republicans in Washington State, made the claim that the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns are pushing a common slate of candidates in Washington State to block Ron Paul’s campaign from taking delegates.

“The apparent move on the part of the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns is to block citizens favoring Ron Paul from taking over the Washington State delegation to Tampa,” Wead writes.
Ron Paul has gained delegates at the expense of both Romney and Santorum. “States such as Missouri, where Senator Santorum won a meaningless beauty contest, will see a sizable Ron Paul representation, as will Minnesota, Maine, Colorado, Nevada and Iowa. In Nevada, on the first ballot, the delegates, even if Ron Paul supporters, must vote for candidates proportionately as they finished in the Nevada Statewide beauty contest. But they can vote their conscience on the second ballot,” Doug Wead explains.

Over the weekend, a video emerged showing how establishment Republicans in Missouri connived to rob Ron Paul of delegates:

A covert camera caught Alex Hayes explaining how the establishment in Washington State plans to rig the election against Paul. Hayes said the idea of a prearranged slate will probably be adopted on the national level.

Wead says that he is not sure if Hayes and the Republican election machine will push a united Romney-Santorum-Gingrich slate and attempt to disenfranchise Paul.

“On the other hand, if Mr. Hayes is exaggerating or not telling the truth, if the Romney-Santorum-Gingrich campaigns have not agreed on a common slate, then you are getting a look at how political power brokers play backroom games to disenfranchise the majority of their own party. You are seeing how people in power, cling to the little bit of power they have and are willing to lie or cheat to keep it,” he writes.

The Republican establishment will do whatever it can get away with to cheat Ron Paul and his supporters before the convention in August. Thanks to the proliferation of cell phone video, we can get a better picture of how they are doing this and what needs to be done in the future to expose their criminal efforts to rig elections and send another global elite marionette to Washington.

    Understanding ‘The Change’

    Patrick Henningsen
    Infowars.com
    March 25, 2012

Four years ago, Americans slipped further into an intellectual coma, helplessly sold on a blank canvas, a political avatar whereby people could project their false hopes for a nation stuggling to maintain its relevant place in a rapidly changing world.

This recent short film presentation - featuring both David Icke and Alex Jones, successfully breaks down the modern political marketing marvel known as ’Brand Obama’, contrasting his transparent agitprop image to the much more genuine, substantial character of GOP Presidential candidate Ron Paul.

Aside from expanding her military presence around the globe and an increasing her militarized police state society at home, the United States has fallen further down the global league tables in almost every category imaginable during the last four years. Based on this ongoing trend, Americans can only expect more of the same from another term from the incumbent US President. It’s change alright - but in the wrong direction.

After viewing this brief presentation, it should become painfully obvious to supporters of the ruling establishment’s status quo that the current US President is not in the same league, nor does he possess anywhere near the breadth of vision trademarked by Congressman Paul. America stands at a crossroads in 2012, and it’s more important than ever that its citizens understand they have a fundamental choice to make.

Romney Loses Louisiana. Now 2 for 7

Conservative Roman Catholics don't like Romney either. Neither do Southern Baptists for that matter. Louisiana has plenty of both.

The state was founded by the French and named after their king. Mardi Gras is the opening of Lent, the Catholic season of repentance. A full thirty percent of the state are Roman Catholic. About the same percentage as those that are Baptists (All Baptist religions, not just Southern Baptists). (Source)

The media does not get the dynamics of this election at all. They call ALL Christian Conservatives Evangelicals, as if they were a voting bloc. They are not. Each group has its own "trigger issues". For Roman Catholics its Abortion and Traditional Marriage. This is a major reason why Santorum carried the state and not Romney or Gingrich. Roman Catholics, by the way, are very tolerant of Mormons. (Source)

    Romney is Not a Mormon

Romney had to choose money over principle. Those that favor socialized medicine, abortion and homosexual marriage have money. We call them the Northeast Establishment. They run liberal institutions like Harvard and Yale, and own the private corporation known as the Federal Reserve. They also own most of corporate America, Congress and the Supreme Court. They fund their programs through various Foundations that take their orders from Tavistock.

We call them the 1%. Romney supports all of their agenda, including abortion, socialized medicine, homosexual marriage, globalism, illegal immigration etc. This is why they give him money.

    Money Does Not Vote

If Romney had stuck to his anti-abortion, anti-socialism, anti-globalism religion he would never have gotten any support from the Northeast Establishment. He would have never been elected Governor of Massachusettes. He would never have been THE Wall-Street/Goldman Sachs Golden Boy. Yet, people, not money, are what matters on election day.

What the Media Won't Tell You

America is going through a religious awakening that cannot be controlled by money. When people have money, they often forget about God. When they realize they need a higher understanding to get through life successfully, they reach out for God. God destroyed the oppression of the former Soviet Union. Money created that oppressor. God is destroying Mitt Romney's chances of becoming President as well. Or should I say, the belief in God is.

In the past, the Establishment created charismatics and televangelists to lead this parade, and the people bought it. This time, its coming from the heart. Its happening in the Mormon Church as well, and will lead to the ultimate downfall of Romneyism and materialism.

People will turn away from organized religions when those same organized religions turn away from God, and turn towards money. History is full of examples. Including the example of Joseph Smith.

This Great Awakening is why money won't buy this election, and why Romney will lose. The conservatives in the Republican Party are getting it. Romney never will.

Paul Drockton M.A. Romney Loses Louisiana. Now 2 for 7.
