They had over 50 amendments. They just dropped all but 11, but haven't named the 11.

(Burr Staffer:
Your staff asked me to direct this question to you.
Senator Burr's office is telling callers that he will oppose the Durbin Amendment (SA 2237 / Dream Act) to the Defense Authorization Act HR 1585. We are happy to hear this as the measure would give AMNESTY to millions of illegal aliens and force taxpayers to subsidize their college educations.
We are also aware that several other proposed amendments contain expansions / increases for the H-1b and H-2b visa programs.
Most Americans will oppose these measures because America already allows 1.4 million people to legally immigrate each year which is more than any other nation on earth! America is in no mood for Visa increases while illegal immigration is rampant in our nation. We hope Senator Burr will oppose any visa expansions at this time.
Please let us know if Senator Burr plans to vote for or oppose visa expansion amendments that are certainly NOT GERMAINE to the Defense bill.
We would like to pass this information along to tens of thousands of concerned citizens.
Sincerely,
William Gheen

NOTE FROM WILLIAM
Do not be discouraged that so many Senate offices do not have positions yet.
That will change as we get further into this.

I've talked to Dole's office twice. Nothing oficial, but she is a likely NO. She is opposed to amnesty in all forms to illegals.
Barasso, WY is leaning NO, according to staffer. No position released, though.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
