Oh and by the way, allow me to mention one other thing, the essence of cultural anthropologu is ascribing a set of characteristics to an entire group of people based on culture, which is to say a blend of religious practices, language, writing, customs, taboos, beliefs, political system, art, music, food common to a class of people without regard to unique the attributes of the individual...in other words labeling an entire group of people based on common characteristics...in your terms it is called racism, people like me... well, we call them museum displays...

First of all I would like to point out that I am a second generation Irish-American as well and I find your arrogance rather amusing and unacceptable. There are many on this board that are only concerned Americans that are concerned with the large amount of illegal immigrates that are producing a major hardship to our economy, social system, and education system because their nation refuses to deal with their own people.

So these people on this board including myself are labeled racist because we are proud Americans and that we see an issue and are acting in our constitutional right to exercise that power to let the federal government know that we are tired of the lack system in doing nothing about the illegal immigration issue.

You mention the massive immigration of the Irish; well let me inform you about a few things about that time. First off, the Irish where escaping war and religious and famines which the English caused and the US at the time had many entrance locations to turn away those that where sick and more came here legally. The other issue was that the US had a lot territory that needed to be filled; we today aren’t in that type of situation. Mexico has a good economy; they aren’t facing war or religious prosecution. Their government refuses to address the issues of their people and that isn’t a reason for those to come here illegally and destroy our way of life and our system because they think they have some type of claim. Those that came to this great nation like my father and mother and your parents, came the proper way, LEGALLY! The other issue was also that many of our people that came here before us assimilated and became Americans, which we don’t see in the Hispanic community in there disregard for our laws and our country.

I would just like to add that I'm so tired of this "We are a Nation of Immigrants".

We are not and never were. We were a Nation of Settlers.

Immigration has been controlled and managed by invitation only since the Nation was first settled.

Immigration has always been an "issue" that was managed by one means or another from the beginning of our Nation.

Today, the "JUG IS FULL". I am one that supports a Moratorium on Immigration until we have time to figure out what in the WORLD has been going on, assess what needs to be done to set things straight, and get our country and our citizens back on track including "cleaning house" at all levels to get those out of our government that created this mess to begin with by their schemes including defiance of our law and the failure to secure our borders and enforce US Immigration, US Labor and US Civil Rights Laws.

melmel--Hey....glad you caught that. Jack in the Box is owned or was at one time by....Ralston-Purina....I'll check and see if it still is and post it...as this would appear to be the "hiring of illegal aliens"....in Phoenix!!

Jack in the Box was named after Jack Danforth...the Danforth family owns controlling share of Ralston-Purina Corporation....Ooooops Dooooopsy!!!

(When I was in college, we would make these late night runs to Jack in te Box for the best greasiest most delicious tacos every to come thru a drive by window) (They don't have them on the East Coast where I am now)!

Jack Danforth you know was a US Senator that was as you know recently appointed to serve as UN Ambassador but then suddenly and without reason or scrutiny.....resigned. Known this man since I was 12 years old....he would NEVER do that unless something was "afoot".

In any event, I'll see what I can find out about Jack in the Box.

What you are experiencing with illegal immigration is what we are also experiencing in the UK. I can't go into it all but this link shows what problems we are having. We are told we need immigrants because they do the jobs our own won't do but we have 10,000 unemployed Bangladeshis and our Home Secretary invited 10,000 more into the country. Why should we have to pay to keep these people idle when they are supposed to be here to work? We are also told they are needed for our pensions but they too will age and qualify for pensions then we will need to import even more of them. Where will it all end?

We had a culture and a national identity and mass immigration is destroying them both. Christmas has become Winterval in some places so as not to offend alien religions and yet alien religions are encouraged to celebrate their special days. A library banned a poster advertising a Christmas carol Service and then allowed Muslims to celebrate Ramadan on their premises.
A Publican recently applied for an extension to opening hours to celebrate St George's Day, our patron saint and was refused and yet an extension was allowed for the Chinese New year which is nothing at all to do with Britain. There is so much happening here that is not only wrong but treasonable to my mind and now we have a new law coming which stops any criticism of Islam in our country. We can't even speak out against those whose stated aim is to eventually take over our homeland.
We have the Commision for Racial Equality who ONLY support non-whites and yet where I live they have admitted that the greatest incidence of racism is towards whites by ethnics, which is worrying since they are supposed to be a minority!

Oh, I am so glad you found us...we've been reading and learning about the immigration problem in UK.

To make it short and sweet, you need to study our archives...and learn about the plan of the One World Government....well on its way to "fruition" if we don't work together to STOP IT. Its taking shape through the UN and the WTO and several multi-natoinal companies that want to eliminate the USA and UK....because we are the ones that would NEVER sign on....

The strategy of these Globalists who are really socialists who want to have a 2 class society of Global Elites owning and controlling everything and then a mass of drones of commerce world wide all governed by a World Government IS to weaken the USA and UK economies, through illegal immigration, diluting wealth throughout the nations and changing the political power of the nations through demographics to achieve support for the transfer of power to the World Government.

WE here in America have just figured this out over the past several weeks of almost daily 20 to 21 hours a day of research and communication and study.....we went from sick to weak-kneed to depressed to where we are now which is MAD AS HELL AND WE'RE NOT TAKING IT ANYMORE.

You need to read through the articles and look for my article I posted on OPEN BORDERS LOBBY FORD FOUNDATION back in I think it was April and you will learn what they are trying to do to the USA. The same strategy I believe was placed on the UK through the EU. You need to get rid of the EU as soon as possible and regain your clear soverign territory and protect it at all costs.

The plan is to flood with aliens, foreign agents of foreign governments, the USA and UK and destroy our political structure and make us Third World Countries through bloated population and then redistribute our wealth to other Third World Countries to arrive at a world "Parity" of Poor, who would be, what I call, the "drones of commerce" serving the Globally Elite.

We need to stick together the USA and UK and Fight this Evil with everything we've got, together, as we always have since after the American Revolution.

Many of us in the UK also agree at the reason for the attempted destruction of our country. We too have the treacherous liberals who cry racist if anyone objects to being forced to lie down and be walked all over.
