tried voting twice more for two different candidates and it seemed to accept my votes but the totals didn't change for those candidates nor did the total # of votes.

I would ask anyone that knows more about this to explan in open boards who it works for and how it works

I don't know because I haven't read the bill - but is it necessary?
Do we not have laws on the books already to do this?
I don't want to go against the group here, but by advocating more bills, when the ones we have, if enforced, would work, aren't we just opening up the possibility of some skulduggery? Some hidden amnesty? Some path to citizenship?
