Yes, thanks florgal for the transcript. When I spoke to Schuler's office about two weeks ago (before I called Pelosi's) they told me that if Pelosi and Baca tried to attach citizenship or anything else to his bill, he would have to VOTE AGAINST HIS OWN BILL. THAT IS HOW STRONG HE FEELS ABOUT THIS.

This isn't surprising to me. I have been looking into a good deal of Ron Paul as of late. Mostly as a potential write in candidate, but he is too Libertarian Party and not philosophically a Libertarian.

The Libertarian Party states this on illegal immigration:

...Repeal all measures that punish employers for hiring undocumented workers...
Taken from their platform stated here (bottom of page):
    http://www.lp.org/issues/platform_all.shtml

Here is an article which makes a good argument on how Libertarianism is the marxism of the right:

I think Ron Paul decided to follow Libertarian Party platform rather than common sense with his vote.[/quote]

I don't mean this to sound negative, but unfortunately it is... I simply don't think we have that much longer. We are experiencing the final stages of a 50 year long collectivist end game. The illegals are simply the stupid thug portion, ethnic nationalist socialists make for good balkanizers.

2012 in my opinion, will be an irrelavent election. B. Hussein Obama will damage this country severly.

There is one sponsor and 145 co-sponsors.

This is one of the most important pieces of legislation in our lifetime......to SAVE AMERICA.
I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHY TOO.

I'm making calls to the co-sponsors who have not signed the Discharge Petition. I urge to to call them.

Here is the link with the names and the switch board number or Alipac list of numbers.

    Look at the second list.

From what I've seen and heard, Ron Paul has never shown an interest in going after the employers of illegal immigrants.

Too many problems with him. He's showing his real colors on this one.

Fortune cookie says: things are never as good or as bad as you think. For what it's worth.

If Paul doesn't support the Save Act, his stance will probably have roots in his ardent belief for the free market economy and the role of government as outlined in the Constitution. He may end up supporting it...he may not.
