  The 9/11 attacks by Islamist terrorists a.k.a. al Qai'da in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania required action that only the nation, and indeed, a multinational coalition, could sustain.
  
  Only the mutual welfare compact of the 50 states could attempt to repair the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina and the BP oil spill.
  
  The electric power grid, the interstate highway system, the telephone networks, and natural gas distribution are all national or continental operations.
  
  Social services on the scale of Medicare and Social Security could not exist as independent state operations in much of the country.
  
  Hawaii needs military defenses based in Alaska and Guam, and West Virginia and eastern Kentucky need taxes from Texas in order to survive.
  
  Global government and Is|am pick off independent states that lack strong financial and military alliances.

That leaves three options - two, actually:

• Purge the federal government of criminals and criminal operations, and/or

Having said that, you could be an innocent. Have you ever posted on the three lib web sites I suggested (i.e. dailyKOS, Huffington, or moveon.org)?

No case has been tried on its merits.

Jurisdiction to try has been the Major complaint of the judges because NO JUDGE WANTS THIS CASE IN HIS COURT!

All the cases are still working there way through the lower courts or working to find a jurisdiction.
