Please don't start race-baiting. There cannot be a discussion if people are going to bring the color of skin into this. For the 1,000th time, this is about our laws, not the color of skin. Nobody cares what color yours or anyone else's skin happens to be, except you apparently.

You knowingly broke our laws and that makes you a criminial, period. Doesn't matter "why" you did it ("because I made a mistake" is not a reason). Point is simple, you broke and are still breaking the laws of this country.

Personally, I don't think I'm just like you because I don't break the laws in this country, my country of origin, my home.

Perhaps if you and all the other illegals and their supporters went back and actually read the history of this country you'd understand why we are not happy.

Don't even try to play the "oh we live in poverty and this country is better" excuse. That's not going to work either. This country went through a time of poverty. We did not go running to another country illegally and demand rights. We stayed here and pulled ourselves out of it.

Don't tell me about corrupt governments either if your country can vote. You vote the bad people out of office, simple.

So for all the excuses you're presenting of why you are here, you still haven't answered the one question:

Why are you refusing to follow the proper procedures to become legal?

Yeah, but the list of "acceptable" documents for the I-9 has gotten farcical. SSNs are pretty much available for the asking.

I don't believe in breaking the law or taking that which doesn't belong to me. I'm not a thief.

That's what separates us from You and your kind. Not your skin color so do NOT try to activate a racial discussion on these boards.

I'd never have used my children as an "anchor" in someone else's country while BREAKING THE LAW. That action is child abuse and anyone who pulls that stunt is despicable.

You're misquoting newpilgrimfamily. He never said anything about being in anyone's shoes. He said "on" them. That's a big difference. He believes we are stepping on his toes because we don't condone his flagrant disregard of the law to do whatever he wants. We are all haters because we do not agree with him.
