I just got off the phone with Senator Dole's office and she is voting AGAINST the Feinstein amendment.

I have updated the list near the top of this thread and added her to the No votes

I called Senator Robert Casey and the guy who answered said he is not certain but he believes Casey is going to vote FOR the bill. YIKES! I told him to pass along a msg from me that the American people are not stupid!! We know that making ag workers legal for 5 years will allow them the ability to apply for citizenship after the cap. Told him this is sneaky and we will not stand for it. I urged the worker to tell Casey that I expect a NO vote on the Iraq spending bill until the shameful amnesty provisions are removed
