Minuteman, I saw that image awhile ago and the one thing that made me question whether it was real or faked was the missing NUMBER that ought to appear at the top. Has anybody tried to decipher the name that appears under the grandmother's signature. Does it look like ERICSON to people?

Another thing is its departure from what Hawaii has put out as far as its COLB and its Birth Index data. Neither of those claim that the birth data was "ACCEPTED" by the Vital Stats registrar; just that the data was received. That had Donofrio raising still more questions.

As far as whether the validity of a marriage could be overturned some 48 years later, and despite a "settled" divorce decree from 1964 ... who can say? With stakes so high (POTUS job) it's quite possible that a court might feel the issue was too important to let "sleeping dogs lie" and would reopen the matter to "test" what the law was at the time -- things like Hawaiian recognition of foreign "tribal marriages" and Kenyan recognition of "tribal marriages". Sticky wicket there. The statutes of Kenya didn't recognize tribal marrages, but court decisions by Kenyan courts did ... and did so all the time. So you've got codified law on the one hand, and "stare decisis" of a British colony where one can pre-suppose that notions of British common law (all built on case law) held sway.

It's such a CAN 'O WORMS that I figured some "greater expert" in matrimonial law than I'll ever be would need to sort it all out.

Checking up on that Martin Blaine Ericson signature turned up a FREEPER thread and nothing more.

AirborneSapper7, please give me the executive summary. In three sentences, what does it mean?

I'm confused by all the shoptalk gibberish:
"a decisive uptrend" (what constitutes "decisive" except in hindsight?),
"stock repurchases,"
"short covering,"
"black box variety of NYSE trading, program trading,"
"firms front-running all market trades,"
"flash-trading" (an SEC euphemism for stealing),
"naked shorting" (is that only legal for some banks and the government?),
"always on the outside looking in, permanently known as goldie,"
"pricing into the market earnings not only for 2010 but 2011,"
"trailing P/E on operating earnings" distinguished from "reported trailing earnings,"
"a total breakdown of financial markets" (will markets break down even for China, OPEC, and a Eurocentric OWG?),
"the dollar carry trade" (fees charged to keep wheelbarrows of green stuff rolling and momentarily out of circulation?),
"US tariffs on goods and services" (as if this is a bad thing for the U.S.? Read U.S. history),
"Forex reserves of foreign central banks fell from 64.5% to 62.8% in dollar terms" (as a result of foreign banks "paying for goods in dollars and shorting the dollar simultaneously" - I understand the cause but not the effect).

I understand:
"net outflows of capital out of the market" (cashing out of the stock market casino with a badly burned feeling),
"the long side" (as opposed to "stocks sold short" - not "the long term"),
"fiduciaries" vs. "equities" (T-bills vs. stocks),
"credit crisis" (the Saudis and the capitalists of Communist China don't trust us with what used to be our money),
"monetization increases" (the Bureau of Engraving prints incrementally devaluing paper which dilutes the M2 money supply).

Just who exactly are these elitists? Bilderberg, NWO, OWG, NAU, SPP, Davos, Luciferians, Rothschilds, Rockefellers, and the Federal Reserve - but what specific persons? Names, addresses, and businesses, please; put a face on "They". Don't just refer me to Alex Jones or Prison Planet.

Perhaps "we" (you) haven't been shopping at Wal-Mart since "Made in U.S.A." died with Sam Walton in 1992. Perhaps "we" (you) didn't study Sun Tzu's The Art of War or reckon with financial warfare.

On a related note, perhaps "we" (you) didn't take into account the Arab superstition about numbers when preparing the day's market bets early in the morning on Sept. 11, 2008.

FreedomFirst, I agree; the empty box 22 shows that this form had only been "ACCEPTED" by the Local Registrar at this point in the process. That is not proof that it was never accepted by the Hawaii Registrar General, because proof of non-existence is a logical impossibility. But at least there is no proof of existence in the absence of a form which says "ACCEPTED".

Look at the full-sized picture.

Many horizontal and vertical lines are too faint to see, although everything else on the form is appropriately dark.
The printed texts for boxes 6a, 6c, 17b, 19a, and 21 have been partially obscured by cut-and-pasted white space.
Box 7c should read "Hawaii", not "U.S.A.". Big red flag there, for a document typed by a DoH clerk.
In box 7d, "6085 Kalanianaole Hwy." is misspelled "6085 Kalanlanaole Hwy.,"
which only proves that Hawaiian clerks couldn't spell Hawaiian names any better than you or I could.
The answer to 7e appears to have been changed from "No" to "Yes", and the blank "No" box isn't quite square.
The horizontal line under boxes 20, 21, and 22 was erased and rewritten darker, making the signature in 21 suspect.

But then again, any forger worth paying would have been more careful and meticulous and much less sloppy.

The BC authenticity issue has been beaten to death. Any court who would allow the case to move forward on the merits would have to conclude that given the preponderance of evidence of a Kenyan birth that there is significant reason to believe that the office of POTUS is occupied by a usurper and that a coverup has occurred. Full discovery will finally bring the truth to light. People of faith should have the courage to face the ensuing chaos that will occur when the fraud Obama is removed from office. Our country simply cannot survive with an unchallenged, deliberately perpetrated fraud of this magnitude. What are we prepared to do if the courts refuse to reveal the truth? Will it only be whispered in dark corners for fear of the ugly consequences? Our forefathers would be sickened.

I think sickened is a little mild when describing the reaction of our forefathers.

Has anyone paid any attention to the Impeach Obama Campaign.com? Are these folks unaware that we can't impeach a usurper that has no constitutional eligibility to the office? Or do they simply believe that the legitimacy effort will fail and they should pursue this direction?

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.

Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

"It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race," Ryan, 44, said in a statement. "What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play."

Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was "truly outrageous" that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.

The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.

"I feel for him actually," Obama told a Chicago TV station. "What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody."

The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.

The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.

"Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state," she said.

As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, "There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere."

I basically agree with the Snopes article stating that the Sunday Standard added "Kenyan-born" to the beginning of the Associated Press article.

But Snopes didn't go far enough. Look at the text the Sunday Standard added to the lead line of the article:

Jack Ryan was the focus of the original article, but the Sunday Standard in Kenya edited it and focused on "Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama." Why would the Kenya newspaper choose the headline

for an article about Jack Ryan? Because "Kenyan-born U.S. Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama" was the person of interest to the Sunday Standard's Kenyan readers.

The Standard, based in Nairobi, Kenya, obviously knew much better than the Associated Press where Barrack Obama was born, and unlike the AP in Chicago, the Standard in Kenya had no reason in 2004 to suppress what was well-known to Kenyans - that Barrack Obama was born in Kenya.
