The county sheriff is the most powerful law enforcement officer in his county with more authority than any federal official.

The chief law enforcement officer for the courts in a U.S. county.
An officer of a county or an administrative region in England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, charged mainly with judicial duties.

Today The Post & Email spoke with Jedi Pauly, who discussed the role of the county sheriff in America, particularly as it relates to elections, as well as the economic havoc caused by a currency issued at will by a private corporation rather than the states or federal government.

The people are sovereign people; they have sovereign political rights. It’s the county sheriff’s job to protect the people in his county, including their political rights, from an unlawful election that has overthrown the Constitution. It’s the sheriff’s job to protect that. Therefore, the first sheriff who has the guts to stand up and say, “There will be no election held in our county which permits Barack Hussein Obama on the ballot. We will use force of arms, if we have to, to prevent him from being on the ballotâ€

I’m waiting for Judge Lamberth to rule on my motion asking the agency to provide all of the documents that they have, for example, the original application for Obama’s social security number. They need to state to the judge whether or not they have it, and they should have it because it was applied for in 1977, which was fairly recently. So they’re in a corner. If the judge follows the law, he would have to advance the motion and ask for all of the original applications. Barack Obama II turned 16 on Aug. 4, 1977, so 1977 sounds about right for his acquisition of a Social Security number, whether by application or by fraud. It seems doubtful that Baskin-Robbins, a national chain, would have hired him before age 16. But Politifact.com claimed that his instore sales career began two years earlier.

This is the first in a series examining the role supporters of Barack Obama have played in forging fraudulent birth certificates..

NEW YORK – Radical supporters of Barack Obama have openly admitted to forging Obama birth certificates, going so far as to identify themselves by their usernames to claim responsibility on Internet blogs.

They have described their activities as satire, a tactic designed to deflect criminal charges that might otherwise be filed against them for producing fraudulent official government documents.

As WND has reported in a three-part series, published here, here, and here, scanner expert Doug Vogt has filed criminal charges with the FBI, alleging that the Obama birth certificate released by the White House April 27 was fraudulently created.

Get the inside details on what could be the most serious constitutional crisis in the nation's history, in "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama is Not Eligible to be President."

In this series of articles WND will examine Obama supporters whose history and involvement in forging Obama birth certificate documents makes them possible suspects in the alleged forgery of the birth document released by the White House.

The Bomford fraud

On Aug. 2, 2009, WND reported that eligibility lawyer Orly Taitz had made public what became known as the "Bomford" birth certificate, seen here as Exhibit 1, by filing a motion in federal court to determine the document's authenticity.

On Aug. 4, 2009, Joseph Farah wrote an editorial expressing strong suspicions the document was not authentic. http://www.wnd.com/index.php?pageId=105902

That same day, Internet bloggers revealed that the Bomford birth certificate had been forged http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2307694/posts from an authentic "Certified Copy of Registration of Birth" issued in 1964 to an Australian citizen, David Jeffrey Bomford, born April 10, 1959, at Thebarton Community Hospital, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The document is seen here as Exhibit 2.

The forgers had found the document on a genealogy website set up by the Bomford family, and the forgery derived a look of authenticity because in August 1961, the month of Obama's birth, Kenya was in the Commonwealth of Great Britain. The modified document conveyed a surface look of credibility using the Australian birth certificate as a template.

Culprits come forward

Nearly a year later, a leftist Internet blogger presenting himself under the username "PJ Foggy" revealed that he had played a major role in the Bomford birth certificate forgery, as seen in Exhibit 3, a post on a forum created by Ed Hale in conjunction with Plains Radio.

What PJ Foggy makes clear in this Internet blog post from July 23, 2010, was that he was a messenger, not the creator of the fraudulent document. He mailed the document to Neil Sankey, an investigator for Orly Taitz, some time in July 2009.

Foggy takes delight in realizing that Taitz proceeded to file the document in federal court, even though she never had the original document in hand.

The implication seems to be that a professional document authenticator would have been reluctant to proceed on an copy of an electronic document, without first having subjected the original to forensic examination to determine its authenticity.

In yet another post made on Gretawire.com, a blog created by Fox News Channel host Greta Susteren, seen here as Exhibit 4, Foggy emphasized that he was not the person responsible for producing the forgery:

Here, Foggy stressed that he was not the forger, even though he asserted he knows the forgers identity.

Foggy and the forger made it clear that their purpose in creating the Bomford birth certificate forger was to ridicule and embarrass those questioning Obama's birth certificates, as seen in discussion on a website Foggy created for that purposed, TheFogbow.com.

"The Bomford created a huge sensation in the tiny Republic of Birtherstan," the commentary on TheFogbow.com reads. "To this day, there are birthers who think it was an authentic birth certificate showing that President Obama was born in Kenya. But it was all a hoax, a spoof, political satire, done by some unnamed Obot genius."

A 22-month old story headlined above the front page header?

As we discussed here many months ago, the forgery displayed above is a straw man, an easily discredited fake, but not the original that used to be displayed on the Orly Taitz, Esq., website. Conjecture has it that hackers broke into her website, scrubbed the original .jpg, and replaced it with the forgery above.

If someone would like to search this thread, he or she will find the original .jpg image, which showed "G.K. Lavouder" as the Registrar's name, not "E.F. Lavender" as has been widely mocked. The original also had a certificate number, "47,044" - not "47,O44" as has been also mocked.

Whatever other barely noticeable alterations were made, both the original and the fake had a rubbing of a Kenyan two shilling coin instead of a raised embossed seal.

Both the original and the fake had "Book 44B , Page 5733" in common with the Bomford South Australia image. However, there is some disagreement about whether the original Kenya image or the Bomford South Australia image had that "Book 44B , Page 5733" first.

The original Kenya image could not have been Photoshopped from the Bomford image, because the folds in the paper are quite different, among other things.

So we never did place any confidence in any Coast Province "CERTIFIED COPY OF REGISTRATION OF BIRTH." However, that was never the probative image anyway.



WorldNetDaily, Joseph Farah, and Jerome Corsi have a prejudice against the Lucas Smith document, which he spirited out of Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya: the CPGH Certificate of Birth, with footprint, for Barack Obama II. Few news outlets of good reputation want anything to do with Lucas Smith, who is a spectacularly notorious con artist and forger, an unsavory character with whom they do not want to be associated.

Their prejudice extends to all evidence Kenyan. "Can anything good come out of Kenya?" Not in their opinion.

BUT . . .

Whatever you may think of Lucas Smith - and his character is indeed indefensible - the CPGH CoB is a valid document. It has never been debunked . . . except in the opinion of Obots, Obama defenders, and other devil's advocates.

I surmise that the LSM, having given up on true news, are committed to communicating whatever will maintain advertising revenue and maximize circulation among whatever remaining audience does not get their news by way of the Internet.

Dear Frank,

What’s going on at the Trib? One of the biggest story of our lifetime broke this past weekend and there was nothing in your paper. I’ve been a subscriber for 30-40 yrs. and rely on The Trib for the most accurate coverage of the news.

What broke was the story that Judge Lamberth of DC is allowing Orly Taitz to have discovery in her case against the Social Security (SS) Administration (see Attachment A). He is granting permission for her to have access to the ss records of our phony president-Obama. His current ssn -042 68 4425 is from Connecticut. In addition, he has up to 30 other number as found by 3 researchers (see attachments B&C). This is a huge story!

Even worse is that I alerted three of your staff- Zito, Wereshechin, & Comti of some of these issues almost a month ago when your paper wrote an article about Obama’s so-called Birth Certificate. Since that article, at least 10 experts have come forward and came up with the same conclusion—IT’S FAKE.. I sent and spoke to Wereshechin several times about articles from these experts. Some have become part of 3 ongoing lawsuits against Obama (Attachment D). After a short period of time, I again contacted the reporter. He told me that the issue was resolved and that they wouldn’t be doing a follow-up story. I then contacted Comti and he told me the same thing. I asked how the Trib could put out one side of a story without giving the opposing side. He again said it was resolved and he wouldn’t be doing another story.

Just prior to these discussions, I came down to your offices and met with Zito. I gave her info from SS and offered her the list of Obama’s many ssn. The info I gave her was an ss form that said that Obama FAILED his verification test—his number (042 68 4425) and his name didn’t match (Attachment E).

In short , The Trib is missing out on this huge story about a FAKE PRESIDENT.

One might have expected the Hawaii Dept. of Health to stall for 60 (or at least 30) days. But Hawaii Deputy Attorney General Jill T. Nagamine wasted no time before "refusing to respond" to Atty. Orly Taitz's subpoena of the vault "Obama birth certificate," whatever document that is.

The state of Hawaii claims that the "birth certificate" for Barack Obama in its files – presumably the document that was copied and distributed by the White House – remains confidential.

The image released April 27 by the White House was described by administration officials as "proof positive" of Obama's Hawaiian birth.

At that time, officials in Hawaii's health department and governor's office refused to provide confirmation to WND that the image released by the White House accurately represented the birth documentation in the state's custody.

Now, officials have refused to respond to a subpoena requesting the birth record, citing confidentiality. *

The request came from California attorney Orly Taitz in her lawsuit against the commissioner of the Social Security Administration over records related to Obama. A judge in Washington, D.C., recently moved the case into the discovery stage, at which point attorneys are allowed to subpoena records that may prove their case.

The case brought by Taitz is seeking the original application for Obama's Social Security number, a document that could reveal information about the president's early life relevant to his eligibility to be president.

However, in a response dated yesterday, Hawaii Deputy Attorney General Jill T. Nagamine refused to respond, according to documents obtained by WND.

"These subpoenas would require disclosure of privileged or other protected matter, and there is no exception that applies to allow disclosure to you," she told Taitz. "Vital statistics records, such as birth certificates, are protected by strict confidentiality requirements under state law."

She also raised the complaint that the subpoena was not "served upon my client in accordance with the requirements of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure." **

"Thus, it is our position that we have no duty to respond."

Taitz wondered to WND just what kind of "privacy" would be under protection since Obama himself has put the document in the public domain. She said she would continue her case.

The subpoena named Loretta Fuddy, the chief of the Hawaii Department of Health, and sought the "original 1961 typewritten birth certificate # 10641 for Barack Obama, II."

The image released by Obama has been challenged by a number of document imaging analysts as a fraud, and it doesn't align with descriptions of it by Obama supporters.

For instance, two weeks before Obama finally released his "long-form birth certificate," Hawaii's former Health Department chief Chiyome Fukino – the one official who claimed to have examined the original birth document under lock and key in Hawaii – was interviewed by NBC News' national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff, who reported that Fukino told him she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was "half typed and half handwritten."

However, the document released by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were "handwritten." What Fukino described is apparently a different document from what Obama released to the public.

Then on June 14th, Dr. Taitz submitted to Mr. Obama a request to voluntarily release his original birth certificate in Hawaii.

Even though U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth is willing to pursue the Social Security fraud, he may well be unwilling to sign and issue a court order to subpoena evidence outside his jurisdiction. He may fear a reprimand from the Ninth District, which has refused to empower attorneys seeking evidence from the Hawaii DOH. That in turn may be why Dr. Taitz can only request evidence rather than rely upon a court order.

Previously the did not post the scheduling order for 2 days, from June 1-to June 3, during which time the White House counsel Robert Bauer resigned. I am wondering, if anyone else is resigning?

PatriotofPast, it isn't ignorance; it's complicity, fear, intimidation, coercion, political correctness, avoidance of controversy or conflict, an unwillingness to get involved, or sheer gutlessness.

You would probably wear out your cellphone, your shoes, and your patience before you tracked down any federal employee inside the Beltway who doesn't know that Mr. Obama is not lawfully the President of the U.S..

I'm not quite sure why Hawaii keeps hiding behind confidentiality or privacy excuses. Under the direct and tangible interest law, it says:

"(9) A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;"

This would mean that if Taitz has a subpoena, she has a direct and tangible interest to the record.

But she doesn't have "an order of a court of competent jurisdiction." And even though she is allowed to pursue discovery, she is not backed by the power of the court to compel the release or production of evidence. And even if she were so empowered by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Hawaii DOH probably would resist an order from the DCDC as being without jurisdiction in the Ninth District. And even if such jurisdiction were recognized, who would enforce the court order? Attorney General Eric Holder? The U.S. Attorneys? The DOJ?

It appears that she only has the permission of the court to present whatever evidence she can get without a court order from the U.S. District Court for D.C.. It appears that Chief Judge Royce Lamberth of the DCDC is not helping Atty. Orly Taitz get evidence, but only accommodating her request for a hearing in court - not that he would listen.

But that is just an educated guess from the appearances evident to one outside the court process, who cannot divine Judge Lamberth's motives or intentions. Beyond that, your guess is as good as mine.

With the exception of the fact that Chester Arthur was the first usurper in the white house, I think the rest of this article is accurate.

Evidence Broadens Obama Natural Born Conspiracy

I've been thinking hard about the Obama eligibility situation, as many of us have. I've come to the conclusion that Obama and his enablers will most likely be made to quietly go away rather than face the facts of the criminal conduct that they have perpetrated. It could be that the gun runner scandal will be the catalyst, it could be that the county sheriffs use their authority to prevent Obama from being placed on the 2012 ballot in their counties. It could be the combined weight and force of the lawsuits challenging Obama that force the situation to a head. Regardless of HOW he is made to go away, neither Democrats nor Republicans want to be held accountable for their criminal complicity. Orly Taitz is being stonewalled in her efforts as have all others. But, I found it interesting that the judge didn't throw out her argument but said something to the effect that she could go forward with discovery. Of course, Hawaiian officials have no intention of allowing her access to O's records. Be that as it may, Obama and many of his minions, including Holder, are going down. IMO, it can't be stopped. The only question is, HOW will they go down?
