    Doesn't not allow the Secretary of HS to use funds to eliminate any felonies listed in the amendment. (Apparently, he/she could eliminate certain felonies from being able to be hired in security areas.)

    What's also bothersome is Graham and Martinez have been added as co-sponsors to the amendment. So what's new. Well, see if it passes.
